This process is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for your success and getting you off on the right foot. Please watch each video below in detail as it relates to the following onboarding form to make sure you can answer all questions correctly so our team can properly fulfill for you.
Welcome to AOA! We are beyond excited to be a part of your journey as you take your Book of Business (and probably your life) to the next level. Please complete the following steps ASAP so we can launch your campaigns and generate more business!

Slack is a messaging application that you can download to your phone and computer. This will be the primary way you access our support team. You will get an invitation email to join our Slack Support Community within 1-2 business days.
Please fill out your onboarding survey to create your client profile. This information will be vital in allowing our team to know how to target your potential clients best. Please complete your profile asap, as we cannot move forward without it.

We want to run the ads from your Facebook page as we do for most other businesses we help. To run the ads through your page, we will need to have the admin on your page grant us access. The button below makes it easy!
Your database is a list of all your leads and clients. We will use this list to improve your campaign targeting. We will also run text message campaigns to the list to help generate more business, referrals, and online reviews. Ideally, you want to segment the list 3-ways: Active Clients, Inactive Clients, and Leads. Please download a CSV/Excel file and email it to us, or give us the website and login information to retrieve the list for you.

The agreement will be sent to you shortly in a separate email, so keep an eye out for that. Check your spam folder if you are still waiting to see it in the next hour. This grants us permission to run ads, nurture, and reactivate your database for you.

Outside of those items, attending your onboarding call, and signing the agreement, all you are responsible for is business as usual and ensuring that you and your team have an effective sales process that will convert all the leads we find, attract, and nurture into your business.
